Regular Visits

Regular treatment visits take less time that the initial visits and one should allow between 15 to 30 minutes. We aim to run as close to schedule as we can. At every visit we will observe your progress, however from time to time a longer period will be required to formally re-assess your condition and how it has changed.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Encouraging healing is for most a gradual process. A regular and sustained path is often required. Our doctors and staff are committed to help you re-establish your health and maintain it.

Beyond healing we look forward to ongoing health. Regular chiropractic care is a major part of this process, along with good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Greg Asks some important questions of interest to Maylands residents - Chiropractor Maylands Dr. Greg Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
